Undergraduate Accommodation

Living at Mansfield College

All undergraduate students are housed in College accommodation, either on the main site or in College-owned/run accommodation elsewhere. All students have their own study-bedroom, and share kitchen and bathroom facilities.

First-year students live on the main site

All first-year undergraduates live on the main Mansfield site. You’ll either be in the E Block, the Hands Building, or the Garden Building (all with ensuite facilities) – or in the more spacious rooms in the John Marsh Building in the main College quadrangle.

After your first year

Second and third-year students can live either on the main site, in the Ablethorpe Building (a fifteen-minute walk from College), or in College-owned houses in Oxford. Fourth years can also choose to live in College-owned houses.

"I liked that Mansfield was central without being on a main road, and that students would have accommodation for all three years. All first years live on site at Mansfield, so you get to know your year group very well, very quickly. You live, eat, work, and socialise in the same space so it’s really easy to find people you get on with well."
