On Wednesday 22nd September, the University of Oxford held it’s Encaenia ceremony. At this annual ceremony held in the Sheldonian Theatre, the University of Oxford awards honorary degrees to distinguished people, and commemorates its benefactors. Among those receiving an honorary degree this year is Former United States First Lady and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who is also a Mansfield Honorary Fellow. 

Both the College Principal, Helen Mountfield, and JCR President, Sara Cepele, attended the ceremony, and had the opportunity to chat with Hillary. Congratulations, Hillary, and to all those who received an award this year!
