Transcripts and Letters
The College Office can provide all students with an academic transcript, confirming dates of attendance, degree course, examinations taken, marks achieved, and additional information, if applicable, such as Scholarships and Prizes awarded.
All students are entitled to 10 copies (including postage) free of charge. Transcripts will be charged at £1.00 each thereafter with a minimum charge of £5.00 and postage charges will be discretionary. Any copying of supporting documentation will be charged at 10p per sheet.
Alternatively, you may request an electronic version. This will be sent via email attachment as a PDF file. There is no charge for this.
To request copies of your transcript, please email the Access & Admissions Officer. If you would like copies sent to someone other than you (e.g. the institution to which you are applying) please provide details of this in your email.
Please allow five working days when requesting your transcript.
Confirmation of Status Letters
Your Enrolment Certificate, downloadable from the Student Self Service, can be used to confirm your student status for bank account and council tax purposes. If you will be using your Enrolment Certificate for the purpose of opening a bank account, the Certificate will need to be stamped, so please print out the Certificate and bring it to the College Office, where we will be able to stamp and sign it for you.
