Mansfield-Ruddock Art Prize:
The Mansfield-Ruddock Art Prize, supported by the Ruddock Foundation for the Arts, is awarded to one graduate and one post-graduate student of the Ruskin School of Art, with the winning works coming to Mansfield College. This year’s distinguished jury comprised artist, Edmund de Waal CBE; Global Head of Arts and Culture at Chanel, Yana Peel; and Dr Stephanie Straine, Curator of Contemporary Art at the National Galleries of Scotland.
This year’s prize winners were Ruskin students: Charles de Augustin and Joanna McClurg; due to the exceptional standard of the work, a further Highly Commended prize was awarded to Hogan Schia.
With thanks to Mansfield alumnus, Sir Paul Ruddock, for his generous support of the Prize.
