20 Years of Access to Excellence

At Mansfield we believe that talent is spread widely across society. Our ground-breaking Access to Excellence campaign, launched in 2000, aimed to identify students with the greatest aptitude, from a broader pool than ever before. 

In 2020, we celebrated significant successes from our two decades of outreach work. Mansfield has the highest proportion of UK undergraduates from state schools, and the most diverse community of students at the University of Oxford. Our academic standing within the University has gone from strength to strength, as we have sought to find the brightest and best.
