Religious life at Mansfield is open and inclusive, and, during term time, our Chapel is a centre for ecumenical worship to which all - students, staff and friends of the college, and members of the public - are invited. There is a simple candlelit service at 8:45pm on Sundays, followed by drinks and snacks. Our main service, at which the Chapel Choir sings, is on Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm and a guest preacher is invited.

People are welcomed at all levels of Chapel life regardless of religious views and the Chapel itself is available to all College members for prayer, meditation as well as for music practice. Mansfield has also has an active Christian Union with weekly meetings.

We try our best to offer something for all. But if you do feel your particular religious needs are not catered for in College, there is almost bound to be an appropriate forum within the University.
