In our most recent round of Admissions in December 2011 we offered 79 places to study at Mansfield, including deferred places for 2013 entry. Of UK students, c.80% were from the state sector and c.20% from independent schools.
The percentage breakdown of each school type was as follows: 17.8% from FE and sixth form colleges, 19.2% from comprehensive schools, 20.5% from grammar schools, 19.2% from independent schools, 12.3% from grant maintained schools, 8.2% from overseas schools (including Europe), 2.8% from other educational backgrounds.
We made offers to students doing A levels (offers of at least AAA), International Baccalaureate (offers of 38-40 points) and other qualifications. The following numbers of offers were made in each subject:
