The Garden Building, a modern conference facility opened in January 2006 and comprises 24 en-suite bedrooms over three floors, above two large multi-functional seminar rooms. 

The seminar rooms can be arranged in boardroom, classroom or lecture theatre styles and each room can accommodate approximately 30 delegates depending on the layout required.  Each seminar room houses the following facilities and equipment:

• TV
• Video and DVD equipment
• Flip chart
• Rotating white board/projection screen
• Data projectors
• Internet access via Wi Fi
