There are a number of College rooms available for boardroom meetings, seminars, conferences and events. Brief descriptions on the rooms can be found below.
Three meeting rooms are situated on the ground floor of the main Victorian College and are in close proximity to each other. The JCR, Council Room and Old Bar vary in size, and are suitable for a range of 20 to 200 people. The rooms can be adapted to suit a variety of layouts.
The College Tower Room, a traditional room with a large bay window overlooking the quadrangle, is suitable for smaller, informal meetings and is arranged in a relaxing and comfortable lounge style. This rooms is suitable for approximately 12 people.
Two seminar rooms can be found in the modern Garden Building. These rooms are versatile, with good natural daylight and are suitable as syndicate rooms or boardroom meetings. Suitable for groups of around 30 each.
All College meeting rooms provide Wi Fi and AV equipment on request.
Printing, fax and photocopying facilities are available for a small fee.
Disabled access is available to the ground floors of the main building and the garden building and a stair lift is also available for the first floor by prior arrangement.
Car Parking is not available to delegates attending events at the College, but Conference organisers may be permitted limited spaces at the College's discretion and for a small fee.
