Mansfield's Patrons, now numbering over sixty, were cordially invited to College for a four-course dinner on Saturday 18th October 2008. Our Patrons vary across years with matriculation dates from 1963 to 1993, across subjects: English, Law, Physics..., across professions: stage director, mayor, lawyer... The variation led to a sparkling evening, which included a number of reunions between alumni and tutors and many new acquaintances being made.

We were delighted with the number of Patrons who were able to come to the event, and we hope that you will return to the fold again in the near future.

On behalf of Mansfield College I would like to echo the gratitude that Diana Walford expressed in her speech and thank all of you for your support.
