Particular topics include (i) single molecule magnets, (ii) magnetic frustration, (iii) the vortex state in anisotropic superconductors, (iv) the Hofstadter butterfly, (v) the spin liquid state, (vi) spin diffusion in conducting polymers, (vii) spin-chains, (viii) self-organised criticality, (ix) magnetic polarons and (x) the glass transition.
